Patrick Hays serves as the BELIEVE Music Director. Throughout the week, Patrick teaches the campers how to use their voices in ways they never thought possible. He does this by unlocking the potential that so many of us have, but are nervous to tap into. Everyone has a voice, and every voice should be heard.
Patrick Hays is from the great state of Nebraska and has been a part of Believe Summer Camp experience since 2016. Patrick is currently a professional middle school vocal music educator and director in Gretna, Nebraska.
Patrick received a Bachelor’s Degree in K-12 Vocal Music Education from Midland University in 2017. Through Midland University’s performing arts department he also performed in many productions such as Godspell (Jesus), Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Zombie Prom (Jonny), Once on This Island (Tonton), and Aida (Radames) to name a few. Patrick also directed and music directed Midland University’s first two cabaret productions.
Patrick has performed and taught all over the United States as well as in countless countries around the world. One of Patrick’s passions is in composing and arranging music. Outside of arranging all of the vocal parts for the Believe summer camps, Patrick has written many compositions and arrangements for groups such as Midland University’s Clef Dwellers, the Midland University Chamber Choir, the Young Americans, as well as high school choirs and show choirs throughout the state of Nebraska. Patrick feels blessed that he can share his talents with the Believe Performing Arts Experience!
